It is my passion and purpose to position you into the pinnacle of your potential through a returning to the feminine power and wisdom you hold, and that is so greatly needed.
So that you can create change through taking your rightful seat at the boardroom table, as a female leader, authentic in your own femininity and dominate energy.
I cannot create such a depth of change without sisterly support.
I cannot rise, you cannot rise, into the positions we need to take in order to rise humanity and work in alignment with the feminine consciousness for change, if we strive alone in an old way of doing things, entrenched in the fear-based energy that we currently live and lead within.
Your rising is of great importance, it is no longer an urgency it is an emergency.
For men in positions of power and leadership, are also out of balance, this is the root cause of the misplaced control we see, and men cannot have considerations for change until women identify, actualise, consider, conceptualise and emerge in their own power, purpose, potential and prosperity.

This isn't a gentle exploratory approach to female empowerment, nor is it about another feminist revolution fighting for change in anger, it is about an evolution of humanity through the returning of the feminine leader.
It requires an education because the feminine as been lost.

It is for woman in the heights of leadership that are ready to no longer accept the unacceptable. That feel a calling to be different, that have a knowing that they are here to do so much more. That are leaders of leaders, influencers of influencers and are pioneers of change.
This educational process is the rising of all woman, is the rising of all men.
It is the rising of all people because it is the seeding of the evolution of humanity.
It must start with Women for the feminine balances the scales.
These are big words and a lot of words I know! - but this is a big purpose which is why it can only be delivered through the superpowers of the feminine and supporting each other.
RISE is not about me, its not really about YOU, singularly, its about the collective conscious for change.

Women belong in the boardroom in their rightful positions of power.
The feminine leader will become ageless and revered.
This will come to pass and women have to be prepared for their positioning.
Women in business leadership will need all of their strength, an understanding of their own structure, their solidarity and their own spirit to stand strong in the existing leadership systems and structures, to face it and to create change. She needs sisterly support.
Our work together provides a depth of understanding of what has been lost and that must return.
It is not an easy process, I know because I can only offer this to you because I have walked it and although my experiences in the workplace where extreme, I endured them for the greater good of all women and these now form the foundation of the Considerations for Change I am here to seed.
There is a requirement for you to dig deep and to uncover all aspects of the false Self, to consider the control you are in and the control that you are, and in this there is pain, for you will see and feel the separation, the conditioning and the trade off.
In the separation from her feminine energy she has not given to herself this feminine power, and has learn to criticise, to judge and to condemn and therefore has damaged and diminished her sense of Self to stay safe. In staying safe there is pain.
I can assure you that you will turn your pain into one of gain as you work with me, for RISE, is your rising and it will lead to You - all the clarity you seek will be revealed to you.
You will know your true definition of success, wholeness, happiness and fulfilment and how to navigate to that and you can then lead others through their rising. I offer franchise licences for others to teach RISE.
RISE is for the old me, for it is everything that I needed 10 years ago, the lifeline that I wasn't able to access anywhere I sought, for their was no sisterly support available to me.
It is everything that every women who is in my shoes now needs to lead differently.
For I know that there are women frustrated with the system, there are women in dis-ease and pain, there are women that are limited in their career because they are women. There are women that have left, turned their back – it is too much. There are women like I was in the workplace at the realms of despair that have absorbed the system and the structure, and it has sabotaged their very essence, their spirit cannot go on with such a collusion.
And there are women that know that there is a different way.
There are women that are feeling and sensing their spirit calling to create change,
to create a different structure, these are the women that are seeking their own destiny.
These are the women I invite to consider my concepts for change.
